• Documentation—documents cases timely and accurately per policy.
• Prioritizes to meet important deadlines.
• PI—participates in PI projects as requested by Social Services Manager.
• Financial—counsels patients and families regarding disability, Medicare, Medicaid and other financial resources.
• CPS/APS/Dialysis/Adoption/Surragacy—counsels and coordinates with medical staff all cases of abuse, dialysis, and related matters.
