Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and ensure safety and comfort in hospital setting.
• Assist with hygiene, repositioning and comfort measures as directed.
• Promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Follow care plans set by RNs and clinical staff.
• Promote patient safety through attentive observation and timely response.
• Document or communicate observations per facility policy.

As a Hospital Sitter, you'll provide one-on-one support to patients in a hospital setting, helping promote their safety, comfort, and well-being while working alongside the nursing team.

Work three 12-hour shifts each weekend and enjoy four consecutive days off every week.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This full-time schedule includes 36 hours per week worked over three consecutive days, giving you Monday through Thursday off.

What You’ll Do

As a Hospital Sitter, you’ll provide one-on-one support to patients in a hospital setting, helping ensure their safety and comfort.

Your role will include:

• Providing continuous observation and monitoring of assigned patients.
• Assisting with basic patient care, including hygiene, repositioning, and comfort measures, as directed.
• Promptly reporting changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing team.
• Following care plans and instructions provided by registered nurses (RNs) and other clinical staff.
• Promoting patient safety by remaining attentive and responding appropriately to patient needs.
• Documenting or communicating observations in accordance with facility policies, as required.

What You Need to Apply

• Valid ID
• Medical Certification such as: CNA, HHA, MA, PCA, or BHT
• Reliable, punctual, and deeply committed to client well-being.
• Ability to work three consecutive 12-hour shifts (Day or Night).
