Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional driving experience.
• Experience operating a 15-passenger van preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by St. Jude’s insurance carrier.
• Knowledge of state and local traffic laws.
• Demonstrates basic safety awareness and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Use hospital vehicle/shuttle to transport employees, patients and visitors between the hospital and St. Jude parking lots and lodging.
• Assist in preventive maintenance checks (fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, etc.).
• Assist passengers entering/exiting the vehicle and manage baggage; keep interior/exterior clean.
• Address customer complaints positively and support team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
