Responsibilities

• Operate hospital vehicle/shuttle for transport between hospital, parking lots, lodging facilities, and related sites within a 35-mile radius.
• Assist in preventive maintenance checks and basic vehicle upkeep.
• Assist passengers entering/exiting the vehicle and help with baggage; keep interior/exterior clean.
• Handle customer complaints positively and escalate when needed.
• Perform other department duties and maintain regular attendance.
