You will assist in inventory control, maintain documentation, and coordinate with directors and purchasing to ensure timely deliveries and proper asset tagging, helping sustain efficient hospital functioning.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with store room or receiving preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains good rapport with Medical Staff and Hospital Staff.
• Receives, counts, and verifies shipments and deliveries.
• Updates perpetual inventory system and supports storeroom functions.
• Investigates discrepancies and ensures timely processing of receipts.
