Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to manage proactive collection and exchange of waste containers at customer facilities, including Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management. You will travel between locations and maintain schedules to meet service expectations.

This on-site role begins at 5:30 am, Monday through Friday, with pay at $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization requirements imposed by customers.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred or equivalent related work experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.

Overview

Role: Hospital Services Technician with WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS). The on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers across customer healthcare facilities, including but not limited to Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. Service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities.

Schedule

Monday – Friday; facilities include Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Transition, Northwest Women’s Center, Northwest Emergency Center, Carondelet Marana Emergency Center, Carondelet St. Raphael Emergency Center, and Oro Valley Hospital.

5:30 am

Pay

$22 per hour

Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers.
• Two years of industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service; related education may be considered.
• Valid Driver's License.

B. Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Environment and Safety

Field: This job operates both in indoor facilities (garage, shop) and outside conditions with potential inclement weather, heat, and humidity. The role is safety sensitive and requires compliance with all safety rules and protocols. The successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing including pre-employment screening, post-incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing in accordance with government regulations and company policies.

Pay Detail

The base pay is estimated at $23 per hour, subject to variation based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
