Job Summary

Under management direction, a Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for various WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS) programs, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various WMHS programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management.

Field: This job operates in both inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.

Schedule

Shift Days: Monday thru Friday

Shift Time: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - working a 6 to 8 hr shift w/ 30 min lunch

• Tuesday: Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital & Memorial Regional Hospital
• Wednesday: Holy Cross Health Plex & Broward Health Imperial Point
• Thursday: North Broward Medical Center & UM Deerfield
• Friday: Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital & Memorial Regional Hospital
