Job summary

Kentucky Blood Center, Inc. seeks a Hospital Services Representative to provide courteous customer service and support for hospitals and transfusion services.

The role includes calling in orders, ensuring on-time fulfillment, packing blood products for shipment, and inspecting units for labeling and quality. Initial training occurs at our Beaumont - Lexington site over 8 to 10 weeks with a Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe applications.
• Excellent customer service, reliability and professionalism required.
• Strong, stable work history preferred; pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Pack blood products for shipment and delivery and process returns.
• Inspect units for proper labeling, tags and quality.
