Responsibilities

• Monitor parking, building access, visitor screening, and badging; enforce visitor policy.
• Provide visitor management and monitor entrances using checkpoint screening and video surveillance systems.
• Perform dispatch duties and support Security Services and Emergency Management.
• Cross-train to utilize security technology such as radios and cameras; respond to safety issues and incidents.
• Serve as the first point of contact at hospital entrances with strong customer service.
