Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Unarmed to patrol hospital facilities, perform access control, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents. The role requires sharp observation, clear reporting, and the ability to de-escalate situations while ensuring patient and staff safety.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or protective services preferred.
• Must be able to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and escort patients as needed.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; investigate and prepare reports.
