Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed to patrol hospital grounds, monitor CCTV, control access, and report incidents. The role involves de-escalation, assisting staff, and ensuring safety in a healthcare environment.

The position is full-time with benefits, with weekend shifts and a pay rate of $20.60 per hour. Candidates must meet standard security prerequisites, including a high school diploma, a valid driver's license if driving, and a minimum of two years in customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver’s license if operating company or customer vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or protective services.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to use radios and consoles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform unarmed patrols on foot or by vehicle in hospital settings.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain if needed per policy.
• Escort patients and staff, and assist with evacuations in emergencies.
• Monitor entrances/exits to prevent unauthorized access and contraband.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and logs.
