Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital in Port St Lucie is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to help keep patients, visitors and staff safe while delivering high-quality care. You'll patrol premises, enforce policies, and respond to incidents as part of a growing team at a modern acute care facility.

This role features day shifts from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Monday–Friday availability and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and Florida Class D license.
• Good oral, written communications, interpersonal and analytical skills sufficient to document investigative activities.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Patrol internal/external premises with courtesy and good judgment.
• Monitor visitor conduct, control parking and traffic, enforce parking regulations.
• Provide escort to personnel as appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance from clinic personnel, patients and visitors promptly.
• Report safety, security and/or fire hazards.
