Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and Florida Class D license.
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Patrol internal and external premises with courtesy and good judgment.
• Monitor visitor conduct, validate access, control parking and traffic, enforce parking regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of traffic regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide escort to personnel as needed and respond to requests for assistance.
• Apply restraining techniques as required to maintain safety and order.
• Report hazards and recommend safety improvements.
• Recognize safety violations and advise on corrective actions.
