Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must obtain CPI Certification within 120 days of hire.
• Must obtain Basic Security Officer Certification within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Escort visitors, employees and students upon request.
• Patrol all hospital areas on foot, bicycle, and vehicle 24 hours a day.
• Assist in enforcing security policies and report any incidents to supervisors.
• Investigate incidents, preserve evidence, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
