Tarian Group is seeking Healthcare Security Officers in Weatherford, TX to maintain safety for staff, patients, and visitors, acting as a visible deterrent to illicit activities on hospital property. The role supports the hospital environment and patient care pathways.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Security Guard License, and the ability to stand/walk for long shifts. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Formación

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
• Valid Security Guard License

Responsabilidades

• Our Healthcare Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property. Our Security Officers also provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
