Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and incidents per site protocols.
• Monitor access points and verify authorizations per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents, and report to Allied Universal leadership.
