Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements for hospital locations.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout facilities and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and adherence to site procedures while staying courteous.
• Prepare accurate reports and relay observations and follow-up information to leadership and site representatives.
