Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following security procedures and site policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations per protocol.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with site access procedures.
Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with site leadership.
