Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site access procedures.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate with site leadership.
