Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Protects property and staff by conducting interior and exterior rounds, observing for safety and security issues.
• Promotes visitor and employee safety while on the organization’s property with door checks and lighting checks.
• Responds to overhead pages or requests for assistance and escorts emergency personnel as needed.
• Provides professional customer service when interacting with staff or clients in dynamic situations.
• Observes and reports security concerns; completes incident reports and shift logs.
