Tarian is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to support hospital safety and security operations. You will patrol, monitor, control access, and assist patients, staff, and visitors while upholding client expectations and the company’s values.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand and walk for long shifts, lift up to 80 lbs, and a valid driver’s license if applicable. Pre-employment checks and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Our Healthcare Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
