Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a Part-time Per Diem Security Officer 2nd Shift. You will patrol facilities, respond to emergencies, and assist with access control to ensure safety for patients, visitors, staff and property.

Prior security experience and NH driver’s license are required; CPI certification within six months is expected. This role offers per diem hours and a pathway to contribute to a dedicated health system.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular scheduled patrols of Elliot Health System buildings and grounds.
• Responds to emergency situations including Code Red, Code Grey, Code Yellow, and Code Blue.
• Assists authorized employees and physicians requiring access to building areas.
• Maintains security of hospital property and documents activity in the Security Log.
• Coordinates with hospital Communications Center as needed.
