Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate radio/console monitors.
• Excellent communication and observation skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital grounds on foot or vehicle and document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain when necessary per policy.
• Escort patients and monitor entrances/exits for authorized access.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; notify authorities as needed.
• Prepare written incident reports and maintain logs.
