Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement preferred or equivalent experience.
• TPR and NVCI certifications required within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides security at assigned Health System facilities via foot and vehicle patrols.
• Mentors employees on policies and procedures and equipment use.
• Monitors access controls, doors, and alarms; runs reports as needed.
• Coordinates with supervisors during emergencies and implements disaster plans.
• Provides security escort for patients, staff, and valuables; ensures safe transport and dignity.
