Allied Universal in the United States is seeking a Hospital Security Operation Center Dispatcher to join our team. You will answer calls, dispatch hospital security staff, monitor cameras, and quickly provide information to the SOC Supervisor.

The role focuses on observing for signs of crime, documenting incidents in reports, and supporting safety measures for staff, patients, and visitors at healthcare facilities. Licensing requirements may apply; no prior work experience is required.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Hospital Security Operation Center (SOC) Dispatcher. The Hospital Security Operation Center Dispatcher will answer telephones and dispatch hospital security personnel accordingly, observe for signs of crime or disorder, monitor video recording devices, and provide information quickly and accurately to the appropriate individuals. The Dispatcher is also responsible for documenting incidents in detailed reports and assisting with the functions of physical and personal security and safety measures of staff, members, and visitors at the healthcare facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer telephones, acknowledge alarm signals, monitor video recording devices as assigned throughout the service area and accurately providing pertinent information to the Security SOC Supervisor


• Document incidents (including names, actions, and times) on the \"Daily Activity Report\"


• Respond to the security needs of their assigned healthcare facility, its agents or contactors and personnel

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
