You will monitor, patrol, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence. The position requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Allied Universal policies, including vaccination requirements and background checks, in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and others while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies according to healthcare location protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances and perimeter to identify hazards or concerns.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, directions and escorts as assigned.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership and site personnel.
