Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Hospital Driver Response in Lyndhurst, OH. You will provide customer service, patrol assigned healthcare sites, and respond to incidents with professionalism and discretion.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with multiple shifts and days available, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Hospitals vaccines are required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, public areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor-management procedures in accordance with site policies.
