Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Director of Security Management to oversee security operations across campuses and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, volunteers and visitors. You will coordinate access control, video monitoring, and visitor management, and develop safety sessions for new employees.

The role includes supervising three security teams (Fremont, Fostoria, Defiance) and coordinating protective measures across locations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years management experience in the security field.
• Valid Driver’s License and compliance with the driving criteria in risk management policy 125.43.
• IAHSS Supervisor Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Supervision of security over 3 teams: Fremont, Fostoria, and Defiance.
