Chiesi USA is seeking a hospital sales specialist to manage a Birmingham, AL territory, promoting CARE promoted hospital products.

You will build trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff while navigating formulary processes and driving sales You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Two years' pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Excellent communication (interpersonal and public speaking) skills.
• Proven organizational and territory management skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Proficiency in presenting scientific information using visual aids, clinical reprints and technical data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Successful completion of new hire training and ability to pass product knowledge tests.
• Credentialing knowledge and hospital access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote/sell Chiesi USA products in assigned territory to meet sales objectives.
• Promote on-call targeted customers and conduct in-services and clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement territory business plans.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, and staff.
• Schedule high-impact meetings and implement programs to maximize sales opportunities.
