Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd., a leader in critical care medications, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive hospital and surgery center contracts and support existing customers of inhalation anesthetic pharmaceuticals within a defined territory.

You will prospect by phone and computer, manage CRM data, and collaborate with account teams to grow market share while maintaining high service levels and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or medical sciences.
• Sales experience, preferably telemarketing sales.
• Knowledge of CRM, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Researches, prospects and delivers contracts by telephone and computer for hospitals and surgery centers in a defined territory.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of prospects including off-contract and distributor referrals.
• Records daily interactions in CRM and related systems.
• Supports implementation of national and regional contracts at facilities.
• Maintains relationships with contracted accounts and provides customer service.
