Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs secure transport with least restrictive restraints per state laws.
• Responds to emergency codes and coordinates with security leadership.
• Operates as security dispatcher coordinating officer movement and priorities.
• Monitors security cameras and alarms; completes reports.
• Greet patients and visitors; provide wayfinding and frontline service.
• Conducts threat assessments and de-escalates dangerous situations.
• Removes items patients could use to injure themselves or others.
• Delivers safe transportation of patients to other facilities when needed.
