Job Description:

We’re seeking highly skilled and compassionate nurses to join our hospital nursing team! Career Overview: This RN position is Full-Time with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. Provides professional nursing care to patients according to established procedures, and in the utilization of the nursing process and according to professional standards and state regulations. The RN is expected to coordinate care planning with other disciplines. The RN is responsible for the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Unit Secretaries. Provides care to pediatrics through geriatrics. Certification requirements include a current Registered Nurse license for the State of Kansas. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required within 6 months of hire. TNCC and NRP are required within 6 months of hire. Excellent pension package available. Job Duties Include:

• Work with acute, skilled, and intermediate levels of patient care.
• Administer nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of a Provider.
• Arranges for patient-ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services
• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and patient education skills.
• Should have the ability to work in a team environment.
