Responsibilities

• Take inventory counts on a scheduled basis to determine items to order, stock and distribute.
• Initiate purchase orders according to reorder points and quantities.
• Monitor inventory data, update inventory master files and price/vendor details.
• Maintain orderly inventory count books and verify receipts and issues in the system.
• Document stockroom transactions and ensure proper documentation for outside purchases.
