Job summary

ScionHealth’s Kindred Hospital Rancho is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support performance improvement via data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will review records on and off the patient unit, assist with survey preparation and Joint Commission readiness, and help manage event investigation and action plans.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, and OSHA standards, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN/LPN licensure preferred.
• Current clinical licensure preferred.
• 3 years clinical experience in healthcare and performance measurement or improvement.
• Excellent English reading/writing and regular attendance.
• Approximate percent of time required to travel: 0%.

Responsibilities

• Supports performance improvement programs and reporting.
• Performs data entry, aggregation, trending, analysis and reporting for PI activities.
• Assists with root cause analyses and action plans.
• Maintains event databases and aggregates reports.
• Collaborates with department leaders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leads and/or facilitates performance improvement teams.
• Maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
