Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Working knowledge of computer applications used in therapy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning, and documentation.
• Work under physician orders and communicate with the care team.
