Job summary

Heywood Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for hospital cleaning operations. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record. Flexible coverage may be needed for vacations, weekends, and holidays.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, clean environments, manage supply inventories, and adjust schedules as winter snow coverage affects work plans.

Qualifications

Self-motivator; able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools after brief training.
Must pass a test of skill and mechanical aptitude to detect equipment malfunctions for safety to others.

Responsibilities

Works with departmental and healthcare teams to complete assignments.
Removes or arranges for removal of safety hazards from environment to prevent hazards.
Keeps equipment in clean and working condition.
Maintains proper inventory for products to ensure projects are completed.
Coordinates projects to meet customer satisfaction and complete without incident.
Communicates with department managers about areas needing projects.
Performs cleaning tasks safely using chemicals and proper techniques.
Conveys cleaning needs to supervisor by end of shift.
Reorganizes to cover other tasks and changes schedules as needed.
