Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Driver's License with good driving record required.
• Previous health care experience preferred.
• Floor maintenance experience a plus but not necessary.
• Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools after training.

Responsibilities

• Works with departments to complete assignments and ensure safety.
• Maintain clean and safe environment; report hazards immediately.
• Keep equipment clean and in working order.
• Manage inventory to prevent shortages for projects.
• Coordinate projects to meet customer satisfaction and timelines.
• Communicate needs to supervisor by end of shift.
• Cover other tasks and shifts as needed for coverage.
• Adapt schedule in winter for snow coverage.
• Ensure safety for patients and visitors, preventing hazards.
