Qualifications

• 1 year food handling experience preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads production sheets and forecasts production needs for assigned areas.
• Stocks food items for assigned areas.
• Prepares food items requested for assigned areas according to recipes or suggested guidelines.
• Performs assigned cleaning by supervisors and must be skilled in equipment operations.
