Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Full-time Boiler Operator in Plant Operation to operate and maintain boilers and related equipment that provide heat and power for the facility.

The ideal candidate has trade certification and several years of boiler room experience, including HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades, and familiarity with building management systems and fire alarm systems. Shift is evenings, 3pm–11:30pm, with per diem shifts and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Trade school certification and 3–5 years’ boiler room experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades required.
• Experience with fire alarm systems and building management systems.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain boilers and auxiliary equipment for heat and power.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment function.
• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose mechanical problems.
• Work independently and respond promptly to urgent issues.
