Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, or replace plumbing systems per state code and standards.
• Plan, install, and service plumbing fixtures, piping, and controls used to transport water, waste or gases.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Review drawings to determine system layout for repair or modification.
• Coordinate with outside utilities and vendors on site.
• Respond to emergency calls and prioritize work.
• Maintain inventory and order stock; supervise trades as needed.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
