Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to join the team at USA Health Providence Hospital in Mobile, AL. The role involves blood collection for all ages, specimen handling, data entry, and travel to additional sites, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED or phlebotomy training or certification; 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and compliance with safety standards.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30am - 10:00pm and rotating Saturdays

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
