Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Wichita, KS team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, enter patient data accurately, and provide friendly service to patients.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM with rotating weekends and holidays, and travel to additional sites may be required. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification or training is preferred.

• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to work in Wichita, KS.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
