Labcorp in Newton, KS seeks a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups and ensure accurate data entry and patient service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or training, and strong communication skills. Travel to additional sites may be required; opportunities for incentive plans and comprehensive benefits are available.

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Pediatrics to geriatrics drawing experience.
• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Newton, KS.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Client Office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
