Job summary

CompleteRx is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Moore County Hospital District in Dumas, TX. Roles can be part-time (3 days/week) or full-time (4 days/week) with hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The hospital is 25 beds; evenings and weekends are closed. You will support procurement, sterile prep, delivery, and inventory control. Qualifications include a high school diploma, Texas tech registration, and CPP/NPTC certification; IV certification or willingness to obtain within six months is required or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Texas pharmacy technician registration required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• IV Certification or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Ensures procurement and distribution of drug orders.
• Identifies and fills replacement medications on carts and floor stock.
• Prepares sterile products including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition.
• Delivers medications and supplies to patient care areas.
• Rotates stock to ensure use before expiration date.
• Picks up orders and meds for return during rounds.
• Enters charges and credits for patient medications.
• Replaces outdated and unusable drugs.
