Job summary

Luminis Health, Inc. in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacy Department in preparing, packaging, distributing and delivering medications under supervision.

You will follow SOPs, maintain confidentiality, and assist with inventory and reporting to ensure timely patient care. The role requires a Maryland-licensed technician or intern, PTCB or ExCPT certification, and hospital/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy experience in hospital or retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs drug distribution, medication preparation, compounding and dose calculations.
• Delivers medications and monitors storage conditions for regulatory compliance.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and professional interaction with healthcare team.
• Maintains knowledge of standard work, policies, and procedures and completes competency assessments.
• Supports inventory management and data reporting from hospital information systems.
