Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician, Technician Trainee or Pharmacy Intern License from MA Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
• Preferred Associate’s Degree.
• 0-1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists pharmacist in various sections of the department.
• Stocks and maintains inventory; records refrigerator temperatures.
• Fills orders, refills medications, and operates Pyxis MedStations.
• Maintains records for controlled substances and assists in IV admixtures.
• Communicates with pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals; ensures HIPAA compliance.
