Job summary

Saint Francis Specialty Pharmacy - Yale Campus in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Full Time Pharmacy Technician. You will retrieve, package, label, and deliver medications, manage ADC stocking, and assist with unit-dose packaging.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of pharmacy computer software including medication reordering and inventory systems.
Ability to prioritize, organize work, and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
Familiarity with bar code technology used in pharmacy processes.

Responsibilities

Delivers medication ensuring it is secured until delivery.
Verifies medication with a pharmacist prior to delivery.
Re-stocks ADCs and prepares unit-dose packaging.
Inspects medication storage areas and reports issues.
Answers calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Retrieves and labels prepackaged medications using bar code technology.
Performs sterile and non-sterile compounding under supervision where applicable.
