Job summary

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, labeling, inventory management, compounding, assisting with recalls, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician upon hire or trainee eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stocks deliveries of pharmaceuticals and other supplies.
• Prepares, packages, and labels medications prior to dispensing.
• Delivers medications to care areas within the hospital and to off-site locations.
• Manages inventory using electronic systems.
• Monitors expirations and recalls, and maintains records.
• Compounds sterile and non-sterile preparations; cleans and disinfects procedures.
• Performs basic clerical duties and supports pharmacy workflow.
