Job summary

Logan Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Non-Certified to assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications and supporting daily operations in a 132-bed hospital. You will work under direct supervision to ensure safe, compliant pharmacy service delivery.

This entry‑level role requires a high school diploma and completion of a technician training program (preferred). LPT registration or licensure is required where mandated by state law.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program is preferred.
• LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech Registration or licensure required where mandated by state law.

Responsibilities

• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
• Fills medication carts daily.
• Prepares and restocks prepackaged medications and bulk inventory.
• Verifies inventory, receives and stores supplies, updates records.
• Maintains compliance with storage and handling procedures.
• Follows labeling and packaging procedures for accuracy.
• Performs clerical duties to support pharmacy operations.
