Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
• Minimum of five years in a hospital pharmacy
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory role in hospital pharmacy
• RPH - Registered Pharmacist certification required on hire
